Joy, a California girl, moved to Colorado Springs 15 years ago, but now loves calling Colorado her home. Living in Colorado Springs, she has developed a love of hiking, the outdoors, playing tennis, and all that nature has to offer. Since moving to Colorado, she has enjoyed learning about the military from friends and colleagues, and specializes in VA home loan benefits for her borrowers. She has been in the mortgage industry since 2008 and has enjoyed working with her boss, Richard List, for over 10 years now.
