Well Hello! I'm Kody Miller, a Colorado Mortgage Loan Officer that focuses on taking the stress and uncertainty out of the Home Loan Process. Folks forget that the home buying process is supposed to be FUN! My main goal is to ensure you have a full understanding of the financials so you can focus on finding the home you love, picture your family living there, and getting excited about what's next!

I've built my career helping Colorado buyers make smart moves with their home financing; from first-time buyers and VA borrowers to move-ups, refinances, and everything in between. My approach is simple: give you straight answers, find the right strategy, and make the process as painless as possible.

I know mortgages. I know Colorado. And I'm pretty good at making complicated stuff make sense!

Outside of work, my wife, Kaitlyn, and our kiddos keep me plenty busy. We love getting out and enjoying Colorado, whether that means exploring somewhere new, being outside, or just making memories together. When I can sneak away, you'll probably find me chasing horsepower or riding my Harley.

At the end of the day, I treat every client like I'd want someone to treat my own family; with honesty, transparency, and a plan that actually makes sense.
